The Board of Governors is the supreme governing body of the Chartered Institute of Leadership and Governance (CILG). The Board is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the Institute, ensuring its financial sustainability, upholding its professional standards, and safeguarding the interests of its members and the wider public.
The Board exercises its responsibilities in accordance with CILG's Charter, Bylaws, and applicable US nonprofit and professional body governance standards, operating with the highest levels of transparency, accountability, and integrity.
