  • At least five (5) years in a senior or executive leadership role (C-suite, Board, Director, Senior VP, or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated contribution to the profession: publications, speaking engagements, board service, policy contributions, or mentoring
  • Endorsement by two (2) existing FCILG Fellows of the Institute
  • Completion of the CILG Professional Entry Interview (conducted by a panel of three FCILG Fellows)
  • Current CILG CPD compliance: minimum 40 CPD hours per year for the preceding two years
