Course Description

This comprehensive program equips participants with advanced knowledge and skills in public administration and governance best practices. Participants will develop the ability to lead ethically and effectively, formulate sound public policies, and foster a culture of transparency and accountability. The course emphasizes strategic thinking, policy analysis, and ethical leadership within the context of the public sector. REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any discipline
  • Minimum of Master’s degree in related fields like Leadership and Governance and other related fields.
  • Minimum of at least 3-5 years in supervisory or managerial roles, public service or administration, institutional governance or board participation.
  • Applicants must provide completed CILG certification form, copies of academic certificates, an updated CV or résumé, a valid national ID, a passport-size photograph, and proof of work experience.
